Damages

Normal wear is expected and not chargeable. Damage means stains, tears, missing embroidery or work, or anything that stops the outfit from being rentable again.

Both sides should photograph the outfit before shipping and on arrival. Disputes without photos default in favour of the renter.

Open a report to share photos and talk through fees with the other party. The lender then chooses to take it back and repair, with an optional cleaning fee, or to have the renter buy the outfit.
